Head of School
Dr. Tammy Elmansoury is an educator with over a decade of experience in secondary and higher education. She graduated from Rutgers University as a Henry Rutgers Scholar and went on to earn her Masters and PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, where her research focused on dawa in Egypt during the British occupation.
Dr. Elmansoury served as High School Division Head at Noor-Ul-Iman for five years. She then served as Associate Head of School for one year before being named Head of School. This is Dr. Elmansoury's third year as HOS at Noor-Ul-Iman. She represents New Jersey Islamic schools with the Non-Public School Advisory Committee, has earned certificates through NJAIS and other educational programs, and currently serves on the NJAIS Board of Trustees. Dr. Elmansoury is honored to continue in her role as Head of School this year.
