AREAS OF EDUCATION

Early Childhood Division serves and nurtures our PreK and Kindergarten students.
Elementary Division serves and nurtures our 1st through 5th grade students.
Middle School Division serves and nurtures our 6th through 8th grade students and prepares them for high school.
High School Division serves and nurtures our students in grades 9 through 12 with our rigorous, successful College Preparatory Program and balances their education with Islamic Teachings. 
Religious Studies and Quranic teachings guide students at every level and in all subjects as they travel the modern landscape so that they do not feel lost or lose their faith. The NUI program aims to cultivate good character and respect of others while helping students become active citizens who will make positive contributions to society.

ACCREDITATION

Noor-Ul-Iman School (NUI) is a non-public, non-profit, tax-exempt educational organization recognized by the New Jersey Department of Education and accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS). NUI recently passed its 10 year accreditation, keeping NUI accountable by ensuring the school has met and exceeded standards set by the profession.  

NUI is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Council of Islamic Schools of North America (CISNA), the Islamic Schools League of America (ISLA), and the New Jersey League of Islamic Schools (NJLIS).

HISTORY

Noor-Ul-Iman has provided Islamic Education since 1993. What began as an idea in 1993, amidst some trepidation and fear of the unknown, has blossomed into something wonderful. Today, NUI stands as a beacon of light revealing a center of excellence in the realms of education, faith-based expression, and tireless commitment.
