NUI recognized and honored our amazing student athletes for all their hardwork and dedication this year!  Alhamdulillah for a wonderful gathering of athletes, coaches, and parents!

This year NUI celebrated its 30th Anniversary!  We couldn't be more thankful for an amazing celebration.  

Congratulations to the NUI Division B Science Olympiad team for winning 1st place overall at the Camden County College Regional Competition.  We are so proud of our students!

Congratulations to NUI Senior Faaz Qureshi!  Faaz has been selected as this year's recipient of the Heroes and Helpers Award by the South Brunswick Police Department.  The award recognizes students who show outstanding community spirit, are always assisting and helping others, do charitable work, and take care of the school community.  Faaz's sportsmanship and leadership on the soccer field was recognized by the department as being exemplary.  Congratulations Faaz, we are so proud of you!

The Noor-Ul-Iman Model United Nations (NUIMUN) attended Rutgers University Model United Nations (RUMUN) this past week. It was a rigorous four day conference that our delegates participated in actively. RUMUN is primarily a double delegation conference meaning two delegates represent the same committee. This teaches students the importance of team work and working together to achieve a common goal.  Delegates participated in advanced committees such as the 2019 Executive council of Hong Kong where delegates had to address the civil unrest in Hong Kong or specialized agencies such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) where delegates had to address Climate Change and Rohingya Refugee Crisis. Each of these committees required research from our delegates and realistic  resolutions that could one day be applied within the United Nations.  MashAllah NUI had 39 delegates participate and they all worked hard.  We are very proud of all of them.

This year, four Noor-Ul-Iman seniors, Sofian, Zayd, Tariq, and Tasnim participated in the High School Program at Princeton University.  The program allows exceptional high school students to take courses at Princeton University with Princeton students.  We are so proud of their hard work.
