Hina A. Kharbey
Hina A. Kharbey is currently Vice President of Business Strategy at NovaPath, Inc. a Healthcare Informatics company that provides software solutions to medical laboratories. Hina’s professional core competencies are in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, big data analytics, change management, and team development. With the tech-enabled paradigm shift that is currently underway within the broader healthcare space she helps her clients stay ahead of the curve. She has also worked as vice president operations and in different other capacities for the same company since 2003. She also works as Teachers’ assistant, Modeling Managerial Decisions at Yale University. Hina holds a Bachelors of Applied Sciences in Computer Science as well as Bachelors of Arts in Economics, both from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. She has earned a Masters in Business Administration from Yale University with a major in Healthcare Leadership in 2015. Hina is a proud mother of an NUI student.
She has been a member of the community for 15+ years. For the last four of these years, she has been an active member of the NUI PTO. She co-leads PTO’s new School Climate Awareness committee, which is focused on promoting a positive school environment and preventing bullying. She has also previously been a volunteer at the ISCJ Sunday School and served as Vice Principal of the program. She is passionate about education, personal development, and community building, and has been involved in a number of such volunteering efforts. Currently, she is the founding Troop Leader of Lawrenceville Brownie Girl Scouts, and Mentorship Coordinator of the Yale Club of Philadelphia.
